Admission Process

// Documents
  • A photocopy of the birth certificate of the candidate.
  • Two passport size photographs of the candidate and one each of the parents.
  • Requisite admission form & documents mentioned in the form.
  • Transfer Certificate
  • Students who are under transfer from other school must have their Transfer Certificate.
// Admission Fees
  • The application for admission must be given on the appropriate form Date of interaction with the principal will be notified at the time of registration.
  • The school reserves the right to select or reject any application. The decision of the school authorities will be final.
  • Parents are requested to give an advance notice of at least one month for withdrawal of their wards.
  • Cumulative assessment of the whole year is considered for the child's promotion into the next class.
// Rule
  • Prospectus & registration form can be obtained from the school office by paying the registration fee &duly filled registration form need to be deposited in the school office within a specific time. The said registration fee shall be non-refundable.
// Role of Parents
  • Parents are required to sign their ward's progress report and return the progress report when required.
  • Private tuitions are not encouraged.
  • Parents / guardians and others cannot visit the class or meet the teachers without prior permission of the principal.
  • Parents are required to notify the school office for any change in their address along with its proof.
  • Only written request from parents to allow the child to leave before dismissal will be entertained.
  • Parents cannot call their wards during class hours. In case of any sickness parents will be notified by the school authority.
  • All belongings of students should bear their name & classes (School is not responsible for any loss and theft)
// Fee Rule
  • School fees should be paid on or before the due date mentioned on the fee card. To avoid rush and to save time fees can be paid for 3, 6, or 12 months together. Fee once paid will not be refunded.
